Warehouse Associate (Calgary)
Description

Load and unload orders of building materials onto trucks and maintenance of warehouse and yard areas from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

The person successful in obtaining this role must:

  • Consent to and pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship
  • Possess current forklift operator certification
  • Be able to repeatedly lift and carry heavy building materials (up to 100 pounds or more)
Skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time
  • Ability to produce quality work and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and ability to effectively organize
  • A comfort level with heights/ladders
  • A solid demonstrated focus on safety
  • Good communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to successfully work within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
